Welcome to PlayPozo. By accessing our website and using our services to book, manage, or participate in Padel events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or registering for an event on PlayPozo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

PlayPozo acts as a management platform for Padel events, including but not limited to:

Tournament organization and scheduling.

Matchmaking and "Americano" style social play.

Court booking coordination.

Ranking and scoring systems.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

PlayPozo reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or disrupt the community.

4. Payments and Refunds

Bookings: All event fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations: Each event may have a specific "Cancellation Window" (e.g., 24 or 48 hours).

Refunds: If you cancel outside the window, a refund may not be issued. If an event is cancelled by PlayPozo due to weather or lack of participants, a full refund or credit will be provided.

5. Liability Waiver & Safety

Physical Activity: Padel is a physical sport. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risk of injury.

Assumption of Risk: You agree that PlayPozo is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or health complications resulting from participation in events.

Personal Property: PlayPozo and its partner venues are not responsible for lost or stolen items at event locations.

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive environment, all players must:

Exhibit good sportsmanship and respect toward opponents and staff.

Arrive on time for scheduled matches.

Follow the specific rules of the Padel facility being used. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the platform.

7. Media Release

By participating in PlayPozo events, you grant us permission to use photographs or video footage of matches for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing) unless you explicitly opt-out in writing prior to the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayPozo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or participation in events.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address associated with their account.
